Customer Optimization Checklist
As Criteo’s platform evolved, this quarterly checklist was used to encourage existing clients to adopt new features, as these features wouldn’t be activated automatically. The team wanted to frame this as a “to-do list” for the client, to communicate that opting into these feature would ensure that they were getting the most out of our platform.
This checklist was customized and sent out to clients via email on a quarterly basis.
